Tardive Dyskinesia caught on video

My arms in this video. Oh my gosh I had no idea it was this bad. My left hand is in its typical “dinosaur hand pose” and my right arm swings so oddly almost to make up for the lack of motion in my left arm. I know it’s hard to see because I’m giving my dog treats as we are walking but do you guys see what I mean? Going to show this video to my Pdoc. I’m currently on Cogentin and Ingrezza to help with the TD. A couple of my friends and I took our service dogs to the airport yesterday to train.

i thought TD was like tick like movements and tightening muscles. i think the meds just damaged my brain. i been walking leaning to the left and my left arm doesnt swing at all for about the last 15 years. never mentioned it to a dr tho but my mom points it out.

@Hanna_Foxx I see what you mean about your left arm and rigid left hand and also the pronounced swinging of your right arm. Right at the end of the video when you turn away from the luggage area, there is a clear view of your left hand.

My hand curled up like that when I was on Navane decades ago.

It’s a powerful typical antipsychotic

Not many people would catch on the arm movement people do that all the time my brother does it and he doesn’t take anything but trazodone and diabetes and heart medication

Yes I take a rather high dose of Loxapine which is what causes that.
