Talked to my Pdoc today

I really like my new Pdoc and I hope we continue to work with each other. We seem to get along well and I really like his personality.

Anyways we both agreed that taking me off the abilify would be a good idea. So starting tonight I’m going to start tapering off it.

I’m still on Loxapine and that seems to be helping out a lot.

We both agreed the Abilify might be causing some anxiety. I forgot to mention that in my original post.
