I really like reading about how everyone thinks the voices are vile and crap.
It makes me smile, because afterall if we liked them then we wouldnt all be trying to get rid of them.
I like to imagine that mine are stuck in hell and i can hear their wailing insults and shouts.
Lol
Hating them takes the depression away i think.

My voices are definitely ■■■■■■■■. They like to torture me, especially at night.
I know its just electricity going against my head.
And that i shape them as things that would be against me.
But i still hate them as the things i shape them as.

And as far as that goes,
It is ‘they’ who are the ones that suffer me.
Thats why they always have a problem and cannot just be.
It helped me see their side of the story. But I see now they overreacted. You see I made some bad decisions in my life that made schizophrenia harder to hear.
