Take Taurine to Prevent Tardive Dyskinesia

Taurine has been shown to prevent tardive dyskinesia in rats. I take 2 grams a day. I’m on Clopixol injection. “Free-form” taurine is absorbed the best. Now-foods is one brand.

Note that taurine could prevent tardive dyskinesia. But once it has already developed the taurine proabably wouldn’t help other than to maybe prevent further deterioration.
