Just want to take a poll of sza dx people. Sz symptoms hit me around 33, wondering when it happend for you.

I was twenty when I was diagnosed,
But had symptoms my whole life,
Saw a psychiatrist from about 8 years old.

My symptoms - paranoia, anxiety, mood swings, depression, magical thinking (delusions) began in childhood, but I was officially diagnosed at 20 or 21 years old.

21 in one night.
Real symptoms started at age 16 - but there were issues before this - diagnosed age 18.
Around age 25 for me
first psychotic episode 16
First psychotic symptoms were at 15 years old, but I had my first full-on psychotic break at age 23.
Shoot I don’t know. I didn’t have symptoms until after I graduated high school though. So sometime between 17-20. Which is a really generous range.
I initially had a diagnosis of paranoid sz. I had the sz symptoms at around the age of 26, or 27.
Since I can remember I had symptoms
yeah actually I’ve had symptoms since 12 - 13 years old
I got mine earlier this year, and it was kind of sudden onset, I haven’t been diagnosed by a pdoc yet but my therapist diagnosed me with SZA after reading plenty of my journal entries that I used to keep track of my symptoms.
21-22 around there I think
