intelligence has little to to nothing to do with it aside from the planning and preperation stage.
Its all about emotion, emotion drives drive which drives decision which drives action which drives habit which drives outlook and performance and cycles itself. Its all about your mindset. Thats why support groups are valuable. even better if you can get a psy to get you setting and working on goals

& aziz I say this with all due respect and empathy and encouragement. I like you bud but You have to come to acceptance with where your at and create the change from within. you cant expect a drug to change your symptoms. yes they help but you also have to be the change within. based on what youve shared with me and what you written in the past I come to that conclusion. Its all about finding the courage to take the next step and sticking to it. You can do it, you just need a solid plan.
Wow, I would argue that as a complete slap in the face to be honest.
Indeed.
I believe we define our own role, while working within our symptoms.
I want to at least think I have carved a place. It’s not much, but it’s something. I try to help, and be useful. I know I have talents, And faults.
Nihilism involved with our role leads to a dark place. I lose self worth. I try to be an absurdist. It may not matter, but it has meaning to me.
We could all want more. Be it our roles, our sanity, our paychecks. Worse yet when others don’t see our internal struggles and expect more from us than we can handle.
Im ranting, llama off.
