I think an app for bipolar/ sz would be great. It could list all the symptoms, lots of examples (i.e. Paranoia examples) (voices examples) examples of everything. Section for all medications and their info. Then it would have a charting section where you could chart taking your meds/dose your current symptoms. Have ability to add your own and chart those too. Also functional actions like cleaning, showering, leaving the home, excersize and so on.
