But my issue is I just got out of the hospital not even two weeks ago.
what happened? was there something that lead up to you going into the hospital? Did you stop your meds?
I do get the impression they let you out of hospital to early. It happens from time to time. Talk to your pdoc. As for long term goals. Are you in therapy? It helps. Meds and therapy go hand in hand.
Just wanted to check up on how you are doing now? I hope your feeling better.
