Apathy is real.
Psychotherapy hasnāt helped. Iām gonna just keep going. Wake up eat do things sleep. As long as I can keep this up.

I just went through a time having fits of anger, but now I think I am coming down from that and starting towards a more balanced life. Iāve kind of gotten an emotional hang over after the fits of anger. Anyway, itās good to be back. I hope I keep progressing.

I havenāt read the study yet, but I wonder how they made sure that it was not the effect of antipsychotic medication that they were measuring.

Iām having prolonged bouts of āaffectā. Iām keeping a psych symptoms diary and itās full of mentions of this āaffectā. I can go around on bicycle delivering food for hours and thereās nothing in my brain but primitive, repetitive ruminative thoughts and affect (despondency, feelings of guilt, or feelings of being vulnerable). I call these periods of affect āglass-eyeā (stekloglaz), and during these periods itās hard to concentrate or to phantasize, or to gaze around and think about things I see around me.
I went to the psych doctor and he said I should go into their clinic for a month for 40 000 rubles, but I have zero rubles. All Iām earning, Iām instantly spending on food and meds and cat feed and bicycle parts.
