It is cooling off where I live. Keep telling the daughter it is too early to switch on the furnace!

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. I’m super sorry about your air conditioning - that’s no way to live. @Ninjastar swears by an ice pack on the back of her neck when she’s overwhelmed - maybe you could solve two problems at once?

My daughter’s father who was born in Ecuador 
said that at night when they went to bed they would put ice cubes in the bed bc it was so hot there

When I was a teenager and would sleep in late, my Mom would come up to my room and put an ice cube down my shirt to wake me up!

My dad would take away my duvet, and if I kept on sleeping, he’d pour an ice cold glass of water on me
