I just could not fall asleep last night. Right now it is 10pm. I didn’t feel tired today at all. In bed now. Symptoms didn’t really flare up, either. Here’s hoping i can get some sleep

Oh yeah. It’s been triple didget heat all week. I am from Sacramento. The air conditioner is a lifesaver.
I know, we’ve had the air conditioner blasting too, I’m about 30-40 minutes away from you, one of my brothers lives in Sac, well, Rancho Cordova.
Small world we live in, huh?
With the internet, it gets smaller all the time.
I tend to think that everyone (when they aren’t present in front of me) might as well be half way across the world.
