I think if you can manage to break away from tea too it would be better.
It’s harsh though. Always feel an urge to make a cup. It feels like an addiction.
But I look at the damage to my teeth from all the coffee, tea, and coke and think it wasn’t worth it. 
A life without tea? No way

you’d be surprised at how a blow clean at the dental hygenist can make a difference. i had one last year for the first time in my life after having terrible stains.
I was a smoker 15 years ago and she asked if I was or had been one. Plus the tea stains.
She even said that it was like having a brand new pair of teeth after the descale and magic with the air blaster.
I was well impressed, but the tea stains are back now and i need to organise another trip to get it sorted.

I feel you guys.
But cutting tea for me also means cutting out sugar. Which means less spent at the store.
I’m trying to drink just water or fruit/veggie juice.
They’re more invigorating too.
I’ve still got an urge to drink tea and cokes though. If it’s offered I’ll take it.

I’m doing something like that next week. I hope they can fix some of my teeth. I could use the confidence boost.

stevia sorts out my sugar craving. Even though it is mostly maltodexdrin, but they sell it as stevia lol.
After my workout I use “water drops” which are a calorie free stevia based fruit flavoured squirty in a pint of cold water. Works a treat and tastes great!
I don’t think i can give up tea though. I much prefer tea to coffee any day. My morning tea seems to me to be essential.

if they use the air blaster pen they can work wonders! i was so pleased when I walked out of the dentist that day!

You could try mio drops. They are zero calorie and no aspartame. I have the energy kind with caffeine and b vitamins.
are you in the uk? Because if you buy 2 x bottles of listerine total care with the special offer (that is the blue tags, tesco have them) you can get ÂŁ50 of a descale and polish at any dentist.

Benzos and stimulants dont mix too good. 
you might like apple juice, i like it sometimes but the pressed cloudy stuff is the best, also milk shake i like yazoo, i drink coke now and again too,
this morning i had a mocha and it was really nice, i’ve been ordering latte for the last 5 years lol i need a change
@anon94176359 I also dont take benzo anymore. I asked pdoc and she prescribed me Trazodone and it helps me fall asleep easily. Have you been on this med?
