I’m big,and often have missunderstanding with family, but all quality people I’ve met in life were big.
In my city, before ww2, there was club of big men.
They were sucesfull business people and nobody beyond 100 kg could join the club…
They believed that big people are happier and that their life was fulfilled.
Main purpose of club was helping poor folks etc…
I accept my look, and only problem is clothes that are hard to find…

I think that is a typo, lol. 3.3 is extremely underweight. I’m assuming you meant 33.

At my worst my BMI was 35.4

Now that I have lost weight (80lbs) my BMI is 23.6

Yes, sorry @Headspark, I just woke up after two day sleep…
Any way, I came up with this thread bc we all take meds that induce weight gain, and we are stigmatized bc of it…

I’m a big guy at 305lbs and 6 ft 3 in tall. I have a hard time finding clothes, I mean I’m as big as a NFL linemen!

My BMI IS 35.1 but I’m finally starting to lose weight a little.

I lost like 6 pounds within 2 weeks.

I have to do something!

Thanks! After 4 long years I think my weight has stabilized at 160lbs ±. As @anon42606141 said these meds can cause a lot of weight gain. I took my last dose of olanzapine over 6 months ago and my weight has now been stuck at 160lbs for about a month now, and I am perfectly fine with that because it is within the normal weight range for my height (5’9)

Can 5 mg olanzapine cause weight gain?

Yeah, but I was on 40mg. As I slowly reduced my dosage I slowly lost weight.

That’s awesome, just keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll reach your goal!

*Bites @shutterbug on the ankle, since no one seems to return the favour. RAWR! lol

Honestly, my only problem is getting into winter jacket…

I’m really trying for the past few days to count calories. I’m the same bmi.

That’s really amazing and inspirational. Whenever i get close to my ideal shape i lose interest and then i have to start over after a few months. Getting the last bit there and keeping it up is the hard part.
