I’m thinking of joining one of the local bipolar support groups again when things open up. But wonder if I should find a mixed group. So it’s easier to relate. I can’t seem to but then again everyone is different and experiences their illness differently.
I was put in a suicide prevention support group. It’s the only group I have ever attended, and it was morbid and depressing.
If I do it again, it needs to have some therapeutic benefit.

Group therapy helps me. But I was in one group that I didn’t like. I quit going to that one
i found the group therapy in the psych ward really hard. Sometimes the questions there made me angry and upset cause i felt pushed a lot…
