Supplementation for motivation

Which dietary supplements work well to have more motivation?

The only thing that has helped me with motivation is an AD (Wellbutrin).

I take vitamins but it’s more to feel healthy.

Hello. Thanks for your answer. I also take Wellbutrin but it has no effect for m’y motivation. I think at tyrosine which increases dopamine levels but I read it could exacerbate symptoms of schizophrenia…

Have you tried other supplements?

I’m not really into supplements.

I do like essential oils but aromatherapy isn’t for everyone.

I dont think that one supplement can magically make us more motivated. I think it’s a combination of stuffs. I do take chlorella as a supplement powder. An organic one. It’s really good. But it would be useless without also eating sensibly, and doing some walking.

Does chlorella help a bit little for motivation ?

Yes it’s very nutrient dense. But if I was eating tonnes of highly processed food, then that would inhibit the effectiveness of the chlorella.

I’m trying to avoid, pizza, candy and fizzy drinking. :pizza::beers:And also avoiding alcohol :sob:

Exercise and diet. It works better than any supplements but you can certainly do better on some.

There’s good information that exercise is so good for your negatives and things like motivation. You just have to start then it gets easier.

Then address your diet. It makes a big difference if your exercising too.

Wellbutrin also has helped me with motivation, and energy levels.
