I’m finding that sun therapy helps with my depression and schizophrenia. Sometime when you spend to much time inside it can be bad for you health . Simply going out side can make things a lot better. I guess that is why I will allways stay in shape cant help but love being out in the sun.

Sunlight is good for the heart, I even read that the heart benefits of exposure to sunlight outweigh the risks
of skin cancer…

It’s good to go walking at night to. Helps relax before bed.
