I just spent an hour and a half sitting outside in the sun reading for my class. I’m feeling like I’m having a pretty good day.

I’m just starting 2000iu vitamin d today. Hopefully I can lose some weight and get some relief from negative sx.

Prior to the onset of my psychosis they found low vitamin d levels in my blood. However now the levels are normal and I still struggle with strong negative symptoms…
