Does anyone know of a substitute medication for zyprexia. My insurance no longer pays for zyprexia. What else is good for high anxiety?
I don’t understand why they won’t pay for it. Zyprexa has been around long enough that it can go generic, and be cheaper. I don’t know why the insurance company won’t pay for it. They’re getting a bargain. Maybe you could ask them for Geodon and Seroquel. I take them. They control my psychosis, but not my anxiety. Some of the SSRI anti-depressants help some people with social anxiety.

I’m on a lot of antidepressants, maximum dosage but I will talk to my pdoc to see what I could do.
No, I don’t know the generic name for Zyprexa. Sorry. I imagine you doctor will know what you mean if you tell him you want a generic Zyprexa.
Just ask for the generic form of Zyprexa - its no different. Its called Olanzapine:

Clozapine is very similar to Zyprexa and is the only anti-psychotic that ever worked for me, it tends to work for non-responders to the other medications.
Zyprexa was an attempt to replicate Clorazil. Ask for Clorazil, it does wonders for anxiety as well as psychosis. My doctor had me on zyprexa and geodon at the same time at one point, he was like ■■■■ this ■■■■ im putting you on clorazil if you have another episode.
Geodon does not help anxiety, I have to take xanax in addition to geodon to function normally. It’s about time for my morning xanax. Oh boy. Such narcotic. Very drugs. So gangster. Much insane. Wow.
You might wanna take geodon and either xanax or klonopin like I do. I take xanax because it has a shorter half life so I can go berserk and lift weights when it leaves my system. Im actually pretty ■■■■■■■ buff and I used to be a competitive powerlifter. I would skip my xanax and take preworkout and huff ammonia and then lift hundreds of pounds, it was a little extreme, it had to go. Now I just workout to look strong, Im not secretly strong as ■■■■ like I used to be.
