Currently doing 3x2000mg no flush niacin for thought broadcasting, but I’m adding nac as well for liver health.
That will destroy your liver. Nac won’t stop that.

They say the same for just 2000mg, but now I can switch to nac
I’m avoiding protein/tryptophan now that causes those hallucinations

I’m hoping that my zinc dosing keeps me from getting depressed and also lose the TB completely.
I’m now taking the recommended 30mg of zinc.
I kind of want to avoid abilify cause of the low prolactin that it causes.

Good way to mess yourself up, mega dose vitamins are a fad.
High dose c vitamin is helping me with histamine levels, anxiety and thought broadcasting.
I need to get my homocysteine checked because I believe its the key for remission.
I’m about to buy methylated b complex for homocysteine balance.
