I’m glad that this line of research is being pursued. This may inspire other scientists to look closer into molecular mechanisms, and try to come up with other drugs that work on the same pathways.

2400mg daily? I just upped my dose to 1200mg daily. I’ll take 600mg in the morning and 600 in evening from now on.

My mind was different, more relaxed in a way last night after I took 600mg in the evening, still feeling it actually. I wonder if it was that, or just a coincidence. Will try again this evening.

Thanks for posting this @CopperKettle. It doesn’t say what the dosages of Glycine and NAC were - I don’t suppose you’d happen to know?

Sadly, I don’t know the dosages. The article is behind a paywall.

Ah, fair enough. Thanks all the same - great find!
