I heard a news story not that long ago where this Australian dude took a couple spoonfuls of a caffeine powder before bed as a hangover remedy. It turns out he took over 50 grams of caffeine.

I’ve taken four caffeine tablets before, and I fell straight asleep. I’ve ingested so much caffeine that it has little effect on me.

You are right @shutterbug. Gone are the days I can take stimulants and stay up all night. Need to get in a healthier sleep schedule and stick to tea
