I did stuff today as well, went grocery shopping, washed some dirty pyjamas, and worked on a new Android app.
I think sleeping well and waking up refreshed helps me loads.

Well done mate! Been busy too and finally cleaned the flat and had a bath. God knows i feel ten times better and yet i was stressing over it for days. Gonna sleep happy tonight
