Been in bed and online since 6AM.
It’s 3PM
I did make the bed
Put away clothes
Eat and play with the dogs
Need to make dinner
Need to clean the kitchen
And take out trash
Then i can relax.

Went to the doctor and picked up some takeout that is probably going make me sick.
Walked the dog. Am going to do resistance exercise today as well.

Went to the clubhouse but came home early cuz I got agitated when they had to call the police on another member who showed up drunk and wouldn’t leave when they told him to leave. I always get upset when the police are nearby, even when they’re not there for me, it triggers my paranoia.

Helped children with school (5 hours)
On phone with state taxation department was on hold 83 minutes before talking to an agent
Played a level of Assassins creed Unity while on hold.
Took two children to a 3 hour community event to earn service hours
Made egg salad sandwiches for lunch
Made cod, scalloped potatoes and green beans for dinner
Went to pharmacy and grocery store
Exhausted now so I’m going to relax until bed time.
Maybe play some more assassins creed.

Cleaner turned up, sweet russian lady. But my God she works fast lol, the sweat drips off her 
Chucked her an extra £50 cos i knew it was her Daughters Birthday. And i ordered her a cake for her tomorrow.
Had blazing row, with “that woman” (pissed me off). Spoke to Sister and Brother - cos they thought i was dead lol. (The phone was off - nutters lol.)
And looked into my Visa Application to Thailand. TBH looking a bit suspect - cos i got offences of violence. Arse. So got an appointment, to travel up to bloody london, which is a 2.5 hour train journey to hopefully sort it out. In my defence it was 10 years ago now tho, and my twin Pauls out there.

Worked 4hrs, then went and picked up more meds and grocery shopped.
This evening I watched a episode of stargate. I’m working my way through the 7th season. And listened to some vinyl.
I wish I had motivation to read. I bought like 10 books recently, but it’s hard to get into it. I should try though.

Went to work and got my 10,000 steps in by vacuuming all day. Picked up my groceries on the way home from work. I got home and put away groceries and now I’m relaxing.

got up , made coffee, played guitar and sang for my wife before breakfast…fed the dogs…all three, Richard needs his feeding seperately by my wife. went to the grocery store (all purpose cleaners were wiped out.). weird. went on a couple errands before it started raining all day…just watching the rain and drinking coffee now…yay,

I got almost nothing done today and it feels awesome lol…
Well, I did a load of dishes in the dishwasher…
and took care of baby human but that’s it really.
I needed a day to just chill

Went to get groceries, listened to music, watched dog rescue videos. Laying low the next 3 days. Normally I do bible study a good portion of the day. Just burnt out from everything. Cooking and eating a lot. Gonna workout before bed. Usually I go to bed around 1am.
