I also went to the pool, swam 64 pools in 1 hour 45 minutes.

OK so did the strength training session with an instructor, it was rather intense despite that I have
good aerobic fitness.

I exercise for hours every day and I have my difficult moments every day.
I swam today for an hour and 45 minutes, had an intense strength training session with an instructor, and went to a religious lesson. I also studied some mathematics today.
