Hello my dear friends! An update on my day

For the first 6-7 hours of the day I studied Torah. With relatively short intermissions.
I did not tire.
Then I went to the health club.
I did a so called “intense” strength training session with a trainer, and he was happy with me .
Immediately after that I went down to the swimming pool and did 60 pools in an hour and forty five minutes.
Now I’m back home.
My mathematics books have arrived.

sounds like with all the gym work you must be super fit and slim?
