I returned from a trip to Kfar Vradim with my parents.
I exercised there, there were some versions of indoor rower and elliptical trainer and I exercised on them.
I managed to exercise even after a sleepless night, so very happy for that.
I also tested out the swimming pool( the swimming pool and the health club are in the same compound).
I studied Judaism and learned Russian words from there.

I ordered mathematics books and I wait for their arrival.
I have plans to study mathematics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem,
but this is going to be difficult to realize.

I love you @Chess24 and appreciate your reports on physical fitness. I find them inspiring. It reminds me to do my own exercises even though I’m not very athletic like you. Your quest to study in order to exercise your brain is also admirable. Keep up all the good work. I’m rooting for you and often think of you fondly.
