I’m really struggling. I’m not sure if it’s my hormones with being pregnant. But I’m crying a lot. And I feel overwhelmed by my suspicious thoughts.
It’s getting on top of me. I just tried to call my nurse but she is out for the rest of the day.

Can you take a nap for a while? You said you were up at 7am. Maybe it’s the after noon blues.
I’ve already had a nap today it’s just past 4pm now. I have to make dinner soon. I decided to go see my mum for a bit this evening after she finishes work.
My dog is comforting me. Such a sweetie. Came and licked the tears off my face.
Relax and try to enjoy your pregnancy.
I think you’ll make a great Mom!
Is it your first?
Hope you feel better and manage it well
I think spending time with your mom is a good idea. It’s most likely the pregnancy hormones doing that to you
My mom had the blues while carrying me. She was really sick. Do you think you’ll get post partum depression after having your baby? I’m worried about you.
Yes it’s my first.
Thanks @anon39054230 I hope I will be a good mum.
Pregnancy hormones really mess with the body and brain. I’ve went through it a lot and it was always difficult. Try to have little rewards and self care items.
Read good books
Play your favorite games
Have some favorite foods and candy around
Take lovely baths, with candles and smelly oils or bombs.
Go for walks alone and absorb the ambiance
Anything that could be self care is very important.
Hope you feel better!
Thankyou @anon4362788 that’s very helpful advice.
