i have to learn to not let people stress me out. im glad i have family friends and support. took my medicine early tonight have not slept due to my own fault of letting myself get worked up over people i shouldnt give my time, my love, and patience to. ive learned that a narcissist lead you on play games will never change and as much as you love them run for the hills because eventually their end goal is to destroy you your reputation your sanity your relationships and they enjoy making a fool out of you as well aa gas lighting. I have seen alot of people on here claiming because they are schizophrenic they are narcissit this is not true. i dont think anyone who believes this understamds what that term is. i believe narcssisst are worse than schizophrenics they are way more dangerous amd often overlooked by the mental health community.
I had a narcissist girlfriend once. I wish I had read this article before I met them.
Good for you. I agree, narcissists are the worst and there are so many around today unfortunately. They sooner you can get away from them the better.
thank you. i found out about narcssisst from my friend. and i started to see things line up. once i had called him on his behavior and told him he was a narcissist that ended badly he ended up till this day making me believe i was. its been a hard and long road and my narc i have kids with. he is very minipulative and controlling he twist and shape situations to his advantage. Now im getting a divorcee in november and good ridance.
