Every night at 4:00 am I hear this girl outside my window. She’s walking by but I think she slows down outside my window. I went from being mad to being a little scared; now I’m just curious. It’s every night and she has such a weird voice I can’t even describe it, it’s just very distinctive. I have no idea why she’s out in the parking lot at that hour, I never hear a car, she’s just wandering out there. I don’t know who she’s talking to, I never hear another voice and I think she’s just babbling to herself. It’s all very strange and creepy. I’m curious, maybe I’ll get up one of these nights and try to see her. I usually wake up when she’s out there, she’s kind of loud. Apparently, this apartment complex has a lot of schizophrenics and I’m wondering if she’s one of them with the talking to herself and all.

It’s been every night for three weeks at 4:00 am. I doubt I’m imagining someone talking very loudly and distinctly for 5 minutes at a time. I don’t hear voices and I hear her very clearly.
Your claim that voices can’t be loud is a completely false assumption. And the idea that a strange woman would walk around your apartment window at 4 am every morning babbling loudly is outlandish.

There’s always a first time @77nick77. I never heard voices either until later in life (late 40’s).
Does she know you are so close and can hear/see her? Letting your presence be known passively might help. I wouldn’t want to be yapping to myself if I knew someone could hear, but I guess everyone is different. Maybe a loud cough by the window after turning your lights on?
Take a photo of her and then see if it comes up on ur camera show it 2 some1 to check if its really there.

That said, when I lived in an apartment many years ago I had a neighbor that did her laundry in the middle of the night and kept catching the dryer on fire. There were flames shooting out and black smoke filling the place up. I’d have to wrap my baby in a towel and go running out.
This is why I think she could potentially be weird. Some people do stupid things and many people are creatures of habit. So it’s possible there’s a strange woman doing strange things every night.
Record her. Then you’ll know for sure.
I’d be tempted to go out there, introduce myself and talk to her.

I only saw her twice, haven’t seen her since then.
There could be a number of reasons she’s doing this, maybe she works night shift and is inconsiderate of others and talking loudly on the phone to someone?
Can you hear what she’s saying? Is it word salad or does it sound like a conversation, albeit at a very rude time for being so loud?
That’s my whole point, that’s why I made the post, it’s weird. I heard her again last night when I was half asleep.
That sounds plausible. It doesn’t sound like word salad. I can’t tell if she’s having a conversation with someone else, I never hear another voice, I only hear hers.
I’ll repeat, for the last time, I’ve never hallucinated in my life.
I would call apartment management i don’t think people are supposed to be walking around people’s windows. She sounds creepy.
