Storing cooked spaghetti

How do I store it so I can eat tomorrow without the pasta getting stiff?

Do you have any Tupperware containers? The next day you can put a tbsp or two of water into the spaghetti and heat it up in the micro.

I don’t have a micro. I think I will wish it for christmas so thanks for the reminder.

You could probably keep it in a container in the fridge for a few days. Then put it into a small pot, with a bit of water, and heat it up on the element on low heat. Keep stirring until it’s ready.

Either put it in a plastic container with a top or put it in a bowl and cover it with Saran Wrap or any other brand of plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. Then heat it up in a pot tomorrow. If it’s covered, it should stay good in the fridge for 3 or 4 days.

I always put a cup of melted butter or vegetable oil onto the leftover spaghetti and cover in a collander with a wet towel on top of it…learned that in restaurants.

Also I like to keep the pasta and the sauce separate so it doesn’t absorb the sauce and get all mushy…other than that I think a lid will help it from drying out. Also butter and oil in the pot when you boil it.

i usually just do zip loc bags, its never gotten stiff in my experience but i mix the spaghetti in the sauce so not sure for just noodles only

I got a bowl quick store it in here
