Still waiting on seller to sign agreement for house

First they had an issue with a payment on pest inspection if we found them. Then they wanted to reduce their part of closing costs.

Now they have an issue with my realtor putting in 1000 for his fee on their end.

Supposedly, the other realtor may be reducing on his end to try to compensate for my realtors fee.

Deadline is 4pm tomorrow to sign.

So, now the waiting game. I reduced the pest thing and 500 off the closing costs. I dont think I want to cave anymore than I already have. I’ll just find a different house if they dont sign.

Pain in the rear end, but what ya gonna do?

That was the way I negotiate. If you don’t NEED to buy in a specific time frame, you have a stronger negotiating position. Time is the most valuable asset to bring to these things.
