I spotted a house Saturday in its first hour of listing that had new floors, repoured basement, new water heater, new wiring, redone foundatiion, etc, etc. The only thing it seemed to need was a new furnace.
And it was in my price range. My realtor had it all ready to view within about an hour. Ready to view at 2:30.
But I delayed looking at it becausee I was picking up my fiance to visit some relatives. I asked to look at it monday.
By 3pm my realtor had messaged me to inform me that they had an offer and it was off the market.
The house was on the market for like 3 hours and it was gone.
I was so disappointed. It seemed perfect.
I have learned my lesson on delay now.
These damn flippers buy up everything so fast and try to leave the rest of us out in the cold.
I spotted the house the first hour of listing for Gods sake!!!
No more delays. Im not messing around any more.
