My first play and first full production.
2 week run, with 5 nights at the Barbican Theatre Plymouth in March next year. I’ll be paid fairly as will the actors producer and directors. The community actors will have food travel and treats at the end of the run and I’m going to be in it!!

Thanks guys, I am blown away by it, thought I’d be self producing and doing an apologetic 2 night run and pay the actors not quite enough!
It’s about a schizophrenic woman who finds that she can travel to other worlds. It’s a quirky love story

I’ve had short plays performed, and one short play was produced black box style as a reading in a new aspiring writers showcase.
I started writing my full length one in feb 2013… And was advised after a while to write some shorts in the meantime. I have had a mentor working with me throughout from ‘Stepping Out Theatre Company’. He gets paid to mentor people with mental health conditions in writing for theatre.
