I understand that. I smoke and vape 12mg, aaand i don’t see an end in sight. Anyway, I love smoking/vaping, its my vice.

If you dont want to stop, its nearly impossible to. I tried quitting cigarettes so many times over 20 years, and it didnt stick until this time. I truly desired quitting. Not just for my family or my lungs or any other half hearted reason. But for me. I wanted to be a nonsmoker. So until you reach that point, i think quitting is super hard. 3mg isnt that much nicotine anyway, its the lowest you can get as far as i know.

@Pickpink you’re right 3 mg is the lowest you can go. I know at this point I can put it down IF I wanted to but I don’t so it doesn’t matter anyways. Glad you were able to stop for you.

The new vape laws in australia are hectic. You can only buy vapes and juice in plain packaged and non interesting flavours from a chemist with a prescription. And theyre really expensive there.
