Yeah, you don’t want to startle these, they’re one of the mellowest animals but everybody had a breaking point.

I was looking for threads like this because I’m going to ask my doctor to prescribe me caplyta on Saturday. If she doesn’t do it I’ll get an online doctor to do it but I’m gonna try this new medication no matter what.

No more caplyta for me. It made me exhausted. Had trouble staying out of bed for even short periods of time :frowning:

I contacted my doc early and got the ok. Back to just the abilify.

Maybe it’s because you are taking two ap at the same time which is why you are too tired

Interestingly enough, my doc just said the same thing. He wants to try out the caplyta on its own now. Gonna taper off the abilify and give it a go.

Taper down to 10mg abilify then just make the switch,D2 occupancy should be the same at that dosage.

To be fair at 10mg abilify I don’t have much side effect other than weight gain, caplyta supposedly helps you lose weight due to low D2 occupancy

Doing really well on Caplyta so far guys. It feels like my appetite is more controllable. Hunger is more tolerable.

It’s hard to know so far, as it’s only been a very short period of time. My mum said my belly looks smaller tho :smiley:

I guess I need to start weighing myself more regularly now. I’ll let you know.

I was having increased libido on Abilify and it was getting to be a bit much. I feel more subdued as of right now on Caplyta :open_mouth: Probably a good thing.

Alright, the last weight I remember having prior to taking this was 243 pounds. Just took my weight and I am at 239 already. I’m psyched :smiley: seem to be losing weight already.

I just don’t believe in this drug. All people taking it are withdrawing from Abilify and that’s called the honeymoon period. Soon as Abilify leaves your system you will start to feel the true affects of what your taking.

Hope I’m wrong though.
