I have stopped taking star flower oil I’m sure it was making me worse
Anyone else tried it

Well it’s supposed to be good for pms but It didn’t work and might have made it worse

I had to look up Starflower Oil, I think that it’s the same thing as Borage Oil.

I might stop taking fish oil too

Why? Fish oil can benefit those DXed with Schizophrenia and Mood disorders.

It’s poisonous
There is no evidence to say that it does much good. I might take one every other day
I don’t want oil overload

Taking high quality fish oil in Moderation everyday can have some positive benefits, but it is up to you.

Fish oil is different than taking Starflower oil.

I take the odd garlic pill
Garlic supposed to be good too
