I had my regular exercise group and we did all kinds of moves and postures, here is one example:

One of the many things about abilify that annoys me is it gives me stiff joints. So I couldn’t do stuff like that. 
With MS bad days, not doing that without topping over.
But I still try to exercise, that’s important. I just sway a bit when I walk, try to hide that.
But I’m used to hiding the 800 pound gorilla that sits on all our backs.
According to our instructor our balance becomes worse when we become older but we can improve it by doing these postures and moves, there are many reasons why our balance may become worse. I am going to integrate new balancing postures and moves to my daily exercise routines such as this.
