Off to see an osteopath in a short while.I’m definitely leaning to one side as I walk. It seems I have lost a fair bit of weight, both the foot specialist last week and my stepdaughter’s friend yesterday remarked on it. The thing is I haven’t been dieting.
It seems my right hip joint doesn’t want to move much. He’s going to send me some ‘homework’ in the way of exercises to improve things . As my balance/posture is a long term thing it’s very unlikely it can be fully sorted . The aim is to get it at the level it was before the recent worsening of it.
Do balance exercises if you can.
