My balance has never been good . Though not officially dxed the likelihood of my being dyspraxic falls at least into the 90% + range. My sister has thought I am . At my 1st psych appointment here in Wiltshire the pdoc said I was quite dyspraxia. My stepdaughter at my recent appointment with the physiotherapist.mentioned dyspraxia.
I tend to veer from side to side when walking . My s/daughter has said I walk like I’m drunk. Recent physical health issues have exacerbated things. My balance is even worse than it used to be.
I’m leaning markedly to the right when walking. Feel less steady having a shower. Yesterday I had my hair cut, and my s/daughter straightened me in the chair as I was leaning to the right quite a lot .
I was given some simple exercises to do, but am waiting on my s/daughter printing them out and pinning them up for me.

Over time with it your body will begin to define neuroendplates at the neuromuscular junction that will allow for bettering this specific type of motor activity. And over time, the consistency of your muscle fibers will even transition into the more slow oxidative type, providing you more control, coordination and balance. If you try this, you have nothing to lose…
