I had my sport training !
I had difficult movements to do (things you do in the gym) and also sprints, and back and forth in simple jogging.
To be honest, I’m not very comfortable with people, and the teacher is super nice, but I’m easily impressed. I felt dizzy because I had only eaten a banana in the morning, I am not used to eating in the morning.
Anyway, thank you, I’m super happy
After the sport you feel great bodily and psychologically.
