Spanish Duolingo

I just finished my Spanish language skills tree. It is odd because I am only on level 16. It took me under 3 months, but I had a little knowledge beforehand.

I could go back and do more exercises and thus reinforce the learning, but I feel i know most of it now. I suppose when I get rusty I will.

Anyone know of a better course for Spanish to take it a step further?

I haven’t used it, but Rosetta Stone is supposed to be really good.

Maybe a book would be better to move forward. Books usually talk about all the rules before you even learn words. So i would say a college textbook or an all in one book that stretches close to 1000 pages, just read the parts that are new info.

And congratulations on finishing the language tree! I suck at learning languages btw so take what i said above with a grain of salt.

@labratmat Well done. I was in a small Spanish class(4) at my public school. We sat for our O level in it. 3/4 failed including me . Given that I passed French and Latin , and was above average at languages at that point (before signs of illness really kicked in ) , I put that down to poor teaching.

That’s awesome. I am doing Duolingo Russian. It’s hard but something I am passionate about.
