Soups that you have liked?

My favourite is the combination short soup i get from my local Chinese restaurant. It is simply divine!

I rarely make soups. But I love them.

I like a nice hot Tom Yum soup. Chicken and sweet corn is a favourite second.

Boulliabaise (french fishsoup with fish, prawns and mussels) is the king of soups and not that hard to make yourself. This is a picture from last time i made it (with bread and rouille (fried red peppers with garlic)

I like the broccoli cheddar soup from Panera Bread. There’s a place a town over that makes killer chicken noodle soup. But my favorite I think is my dads turkey soup after thanksgiving.
