As somebody who regularly tries to win that amount on the lottery, I feel her pain !
I did win the equivalent of $5 this week on the lottery though

Of course it was a glitch, everyone knows they are set to not pay out, just a tease now and then. Then of course they have the advertisement jackpot win you will see posted. That’s just an advertisement expense.
