At first time in my life I bought a lottery ticket. The winning ticket can win 79 million euros. I know that it is very low probability that I win, but I wanted to buy a lottery ticket any way. Have you played lottery?

It’s been a while since I played, but I have a couple times.

I mostly like scratch tickets though.

Most I won was $50 from a $10 card.

Just recently one person in my neighbourhood won 500 euros in a slot machine.

I don’t gamble frequently. Rarely randomly i buy a lottery ticket. The lottery here support charities big time.

In the culture where I am slot machines are almost in every grocery store and many people play slot machines. I do not play but it is fun to watch when others play.

Don’t plan to ever again though
Most I won was £35 from a £5 scratch card

I’ve played a small amount in the past, 5-10$ maybe every 5 years. Most I won was another free ticket.

I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

I have never played lottery before, but now there is a big win, 79 million euros, and I bought five lottery tickets (total 10 euros), if I do not win anything, it is my only and last time playing lottery.

Yeah, here in The USA we had a $900m lottery, one of the largest of all time, I think I played $10, lost it all and haven’t played since.

I don’t find the gamblers rush all that enjoyable. I can get more enjoyment through a video game or a book.

My town has a lottery. Every year to ensure a bountiful harvest we draw lots to sacrifice a citizen by Nerf Bat.

But I never buy lottery tickets or play slot machines. If I was refunded when I don’t win that would be different.

Used to play when I was a kid, never won anything though.

Once in a rare blue moon I’ll buy one or buy a few scratchers. I don’t do it often.

Usually once or twice a week. Get the odd small prize but nothing major. More chance of finding Elvis alive than me winning the lotto but you have to have some hope!

My hubby buys tickets from time to time. When he does, I like to look at fancy houses and pretend that we’ll win. When we don’t, oh well! It was worth the fantasy. I know we aren’t very likely to win. I think I’m more likely to be cured.
