I celebrate every holiday.

It’s an old pagan holiday, but very few practice that part of it. For the vast majority it’s s fun evening every year where kids get to dress up in costumes and go door to door for candy.
Because it’s not always safe for the kids, many places have Halloween parties where the kids dress up and get all their candy there instead of going door to door

Thats All Hallow’s Eve, but most people don’t really celebrate it as that. The ne t day is All Saint’s Day or All Soul’s Day.
Nov 1 is also Samhain, so witches and pagans will do rituals on Samhain eve which is Halloween.
In all cultures the celebrate it, Halloween is the one night a year where spirits are supposed to be closer than ever.

Halloween is an awesome holiday but I like all the holidays. I want to dress up as michael myers next year if I can manage to lose this psych med weight. I’m 6’2 and would probably freak a lot of people out.

You’re supposed to dress up in scary costumes to scare away demons, I think. But people just got carried away. And I don’t know what the candy’s about. Supposedly the night, the dead can return to earth.
