Sometimes i feel like God hates me. My sister said it would be good to find a support group.

Sometimes I wake up and it feels like a gut punch.
Other days I am thankful to be above ground.

It’s better to seize control of your mindset and actions, than to keep feeling oppressed by the universe, which is a vast and mostly indifferent place.
I sometimes fall into the victim mentality trap too. It hasn’t gotten me anywhere.

When I feel like utter garbage, it helps to write a list of positive things in my life and what I am grateful for.

Most days I feel I can’t win. I want to say it’s nobodies fault, it’s just the way the world works but I have as’holes in my life actively taking advantage of it. So a lot of it is deliberate. I somehow make it through the day and have many good moments where it’s not all about winning.

Ofcourse, I feel like always I am cursed and I will not even be able to think of things that would help me.
Whatever I did I used to fail in it. So much so that I lost affection for myself and others. Just living for the sake of living.
The kind of energy even a very normal person has I do not used to have.
I am just blowing with the wind now and hoping for end soon. My life does not make sense at all.

Even though i started the rant, i guess we have to be positive. Try to supporr each other and manage.

Yea true. If you ask me if life is negative, yes is my answer. If you say we need to be positive, I will say yea sure. Just no one is opening the eyes or being the walking stick for me. It is a huge step in life to find someone so close and can connect in different layers to make life look not so tough. So I am thinking within the question until then.
Hopefully you find that oerson soon. In the mean time we will support you on the forum.
