Sometimes words don't come to my mouth when I'm trying to express

I think anxiety do that, when I’m trying to say something important, I can cut in the middle of the sentence because words don’t come to my tongue xD

Someone relates? Any advice ?

Thanks friends!

Try not to care about what people will think about you. That’s what I do. If you’re not worried about messing up, it’s much easier not to.

I used to have speech problems too. It was related to anxiety. So anxious I tried to talk. Nothing came out.

Sometimes I get very shy and while talking to someone, my mind becomes blank and I don’t know what to say anymore, so I stop talking. It must be weird for the others.

I get the same way, know what words I want to say and then they just stop coming out. Have to just stand there and find different words.

the passing of time has cured this syptom…ive matured over it

If this happens, I’ll tend to be like "Oh I forgot what I was gonna say."
I know people might find it kinda weird but it’s the only way I can deal with it.

I understand words disappearing mid sentence is logia. A poverty of speech. I have found that it isn’t so much anxiety that does it rather the meaning of words is disrupted and I can’t continue.
