It’s all fake, try to get on medication, you have a short circuit in your brain it’s causing you to hallucinate. Some medication can stop this.It seems very real but your mind is playing games on you.
Try to go to hospital before you do anything stupid. Nobody is so strong they can handle psychosis, you might last a couple months but if it persists you might do something stupid. Better to be there voluntary then locked up.

I have had similar things happen to me.
No matter how real it seems, don’t do anything the voices tell you to do!!! Tell them they can do it theirself.
Make a habit out of not reacting to the voices, don’t even talk back when possible. It might seem impossible when you get a comment on every tought but it’s crucial you don’t do anything. This will most likely pass.
