Something stops me from doing good things like enjoyable stuff

It’s negative symptoms. I get it too. It’s also a little bit of me being paranoid and not wanting to appear weak to whoever is watching, so I often fill my free time with lifting weights like I’m in prison.

Symptoms of schizophrenia fall into two major categories:

Positive symptoms (e.g. hallucinations, delusions, agitation etc )
Negative symptoms (e.g. social withdrawal, cognitive decline, apathy, lack of motivation etc)

Anhedonia is a negative symptom

The people that get payed for such things have labels and definitions for this,but I don’t get payed for it im also not big on labels when it pertains to people so I just call it a feeling of wrongness that I can’t seem to shake.
