I have this exact delusion as well. Just remember it is your brain overthinking it.
For me, I believe there is a microchip in my brain reading my mind, and there is a social media site talking about it, therefore it feels like the news is talking to me.
It is scary. I know. It is scary for me. PM me if you want. There are others out there that know what you’re going through.
